Fueled by focused investment and rising consumer demand for its portfolio including Welch’s® Fruit Snacks, Sour Jacks® Sour Candies, Sun-Maid® Chocolate Raisins and more, the company continues to enjoy strong and widespread growth across diverse trade channels, including Grocery, Mass Merchandisers, Club, E-commerce, Drug, Convenience, Food Service and Special Markets.

“We are excited to be recognized for the sixth time in only ten years among the group of CPG industry leaders and growth drivers,” said PIM Brands President and CEO Michael G. Rosenberg.  “Our talented and passionate team of associates and vendor partners stepped up during 2021 despite supply chain challenges, as best as was possible, to optimize deliveries of our loved brands to retailers and consumers. At PIM we remain laser focused on the future and in bringing bite after mouth-watering bite of joy to consumers across North America and around the world.”

Helping drive growth was PIM’s 2021 national launch of its Welch’s Juicefuls® Juice Filled Fruit Snacks which enjoyed very strong trial and exceptional repeat.  Further innovation to help fuel 2022 company growth includes its new, one-of-a-kind Welch’s® Zero Sugar Fruity Bites Snacks.

This is the 10th year of the collaborative study released by IRI and BCG, which uses IRI’s retail consumption data to measure CPG brand growth across a number of retail channels.
